CHILDREN'S ETIQUETTE (AGES 5-9)
Instilling good manners early sets the stage for a lifetime of positive interactions. At our children’s etiquette classes, we focus on building a strong foundation for your child’s future. Our engaging and informative courses are designed to captivate your little one while teaching them essential skills. You'll be amazed at how much your child will retain and apply from our classes.
Introduction to Etiquette:
- 3 core values of etiquette (consideration, respect, honesty)
- Kind words and phrases
- Polite behavior
Basic Dining Etiquette:
- How to set the table
- Dining manners at home and at restaurants
- Properly using cutlery, napkins, and glasses
Social Etiquette:
- How to interact with friends and treat others
- Body language and eye contact
- Speaking to adults and teachers
Self-Presentation & Grooming:
- Foundations of personal hygiene
- Learning how to dress outside of the home
Technology:
- Cell phone/iPad etiquette
- Safety on social media
- Do’s and don’ts of social media
- Telephone/FaceTime etiquette
PRE-TEEN & TEEN ETIQUETTE (AGES 10-14)
Etiquette training for pre-teens and teens is an invaluable tool for navigating the social complexities of this transitional age. We understand the unique challenges of these years because we’ve all experienced them. Our courses are designed to equip your young person with essential skills for interacting confidently with peers, teachers, employers, and others they encounter daily.
Introduction to Etiquette

Dining Etiquette
- Holding silverware, glasses, and using a napkin correctly
- General dining manners – from casual to formal
- Restaurant specific etiquette vs dining at private homes
- Precedence: Who sits where? Who is served first?

- How to eat tricky foods
- Cell phone etiquette at the table
Self Presentation
- Personal Hygiene
